Bourbon Hot Chocolate w/ Toasted Marshmallow

How I can gage if someone is born and raised on the west coast vs. east coast is based on their tolerance of cold weather. I am 100% a true Californian because my bones will start aching and shivering if it's below 60 degrees F. While L.A. can be much more tolerable during the winter season, San Francisco Bay Area temperatures can drop as low as the 40s. And do you know how I manage when the weather gets this frigid? I constantly drink hot cocktails, such as Hot Toddy, Irish Coffee, and Bourbon Hot Chocolate. It warms my hands and my soul.

Below is a simple recipe for my Bourbon Hot Chocolate. The key ingredient is the fluffy marshmallow that must be toasted for that extra smoky taste.

Enjoy, stay warm, and Happy Holidays!
